The majority of InfoRelay’s data center locations are SAS70 Type II and SSAE16 Type II audited and certified. This means that our clients can rest assured that security procedures, access control mechanisms, and other operational aspects of facility management have been defined and are being enforced on an ongoing basis.
InfoRelay supports clients with HIPAA requirements, including healthcare and medical providers. Our technicians have undergone training, and can undergo more specific training as directed or administered by our clients to ensure information security and confidentiality.
InfoRelay actively maintains and enforces a policy of internal checks and procedures that govern physical security, server and network security, access controls, and other aspects of InfoRelay’s operations. InfoRelay also performs federal background investigations on all new employees, in addition to verifying employees with the Department of Homeland Security’s e-Verify program. These mechanisms ensure that we provide our clients with a hassle-free experience while protecting Intellectual Property (IP) and confidential personal data.
